Custom Orders For custom orders, we gladly accommodate dairy-free, egg-free and nut-free needs. However, it's crucial to communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions clearly in the order inquiry form. Term & Conditions
Terms and Conditions Cancellation and Return We are unable to accept returns. However please email us should you have any issues with your order. Should you need to cancel your custom order you will be credited the amount to use at a later time in the form of an e-gift card.
Shipping Info When shipping is available orders are shipped the next day to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible. Cookies are best consumed within 72 hours as they are made with premium plant-based ingredients and no preservatives.
General Terms and Conditions
Orders must be paid in full to be confirmed. Additional charges may apply for some decor, etc. Will not copy another artist's work for custom orders. However, inspirational photos are accepted and can be emailed. We are not responsible for any damage to the order after pick-up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment once the order has been delivered/picked up. Cake can be heavy and require a sturdy surface, cookies can break/crumble given their delicate nature. Optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below for our baked goods.
You assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the baked goods once they leave Crumbs Cookie Company's possession. On occasion, we will photograph our baked goods and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you, including on any social media platform. Our products are dairy egg and nut-free but are produced in a shared facility on shared equipment. The facility does process other allergens. May contain or come into contact with allergens, although we do our very best to avoid this, and have many years of experience avoiding cross-contamination. However, there is always a risk, therefore you agree to be mindful of this and notify your guests of the risk, and hold us harmless from allergic reactions.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Crumbs Cookie Company to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. By placing an order you agree to all terms and conditions.
